I don't use any website for video production. I use a purchased program called Pinnacle Studio. It is available for less than $75 on Yahoo shopping.

It allows you to import pictures for use as a slide show. If you decrease the time between photos, it can look like video. You will need a multitude of photos to make the video appear smooth. I think it is 24 to 30 frames per second.
