Some because of no money and others no qualification. If you see someone like that, you ought to ask why. If you can help, do so and God will bless you.
Thanks.

For me it was a lack of choices, confidence and money. I had my daughter at 16 and back then there was no creche at the college, no subsidised childcare - basically, no way I COULD go to college. Plus, having spent most of my school time in remedial classes I genuinely believed I was stupid. Then, after having my son and becoming a single parent I decided to go back in adult education. I was surprised to find that I could attend a full time course and get help with my fees, travel and childcare costs. I was also shocked to be assessed at A level standard. I completed my 18 month long course and I am now starting uni in a couple of weeks - better late than never, eh?

Because you can make 40 thousand a year at some unskilled labor jobs.
All jobs give specialized training. Some just require less training than others and need dedication more. Truck driving for example.

Most of them do not want more education. Some their parents won't let them have it! specially if there are work in the fields!

There may be many barriers. I have been putting off getting my Master's degree because of massive student loans, mortgage, car payments, etc.
Everyone is at a different level in their life. Some people are getting married, others are getting divorced and others are having children.

Believe it or not, some people are lazy, and don't mind just getting by.
Or money or other obligations (married with kids does not make it easy to get an education when you have to provide for a family.)
Or ignorance of how to get one or why one is needed or how to get through it.
