Teddy Grahams because, well, just look at the commercials! The faces on those bears made them look petrified when the kid dropped them in milk! They must know something that we don't know, like milk or any liquid is their worst enemy....
Just joking, I think that Gummy Bears, because of their outer covering (they're rolled with special preservers in giant bins until they get their shine) they would be pretty protected so I would have to say Teddy Grahams.
