When exercising, located through feel, what muscles are feeling the "burn" in the area of your body that you are most concerned with trimming down. Concentrate on a level of activity that you can perform at for a longer period(endurance) This causes a greater caloric burn rate and tones the existing muscle group that is already in existence. This helps to give the "chiseled" or "ripped" appearance.
