Kerouac. Could you help me?

since I do not know a lot about slang, I do not understand this phrase of Chorus 13 (Mexico City Blus - Jack Kerouac). What means this phrase?

I caught a cold
From the sun
When they tore my heart out
At the top of the pyramid

o the ruttle tooty blooty

when priest dared
to lick their lips

Yikes.

Well, he's streaming about the Incan's and their blood sacrifices. That's the reference to the "sun", "tore my heart out", "pyramid", "russet noon" "priest" and "thumping meat heart".

Fellah Ack Ack could be a reference to the Priest, wasn't the sun god of the incans named "Ra"?

That leaves two lines.

I think "o the ruttle tooty blooty" is blood.

and "window poopies" makes no sense to me! The shitheads who all watch from the bus? Watch the sacrifice?

It's not slang, that's for sure and it's not phrases from the time period. It's pure poetry.

Maybe there are other areas of the poem that share references in a certain context ..... damn hippies.

He was describing canibalistic ritual perhaps with referrence to ancient Incans or Aztecs. Jack did not want to be understood I guess, he'd been using a lot of gibberish words but poetic in a sense .
