Unless a antidote is given by medical personel there is no hurrying the removal. Most drugs are removed (metabolized) in the liver and kidneys. Almost all drugs are excreted (removed) by the kidneys. It is a pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics concept that must be applied to the drug. For the general public in makes more sense to apply the half-life. A half-life for a drug is the amount of time it takes for half the drug to be out of the system; then what is left is cut in half again over the same amount of time. It takes around five or six half lifes to completly remove a drug. So if a drug has a four hour half life and you take 400mg it will take 4 hours to only 200mg left, then another four hours and yo will have onnly 100mg left; another 4 hours and only 50 mg left another 4 hours and only 25 mg then on down until the drug is completely gone. So for 400mg of the example dug it would take around a day to completely remove the drug. Look the drug up in a drug book or online and get the half life. Multply the half life by 5 and 6 and that is the roughly the range of time it will take to remove the drug from the system.
Good Luck and hope this helps.

Flushing it out of your system is not the only way some meds are excreted from the bloodstream. Just remember that when you drink large amounts of fluids you can unbalance your electrolytes and cause yourself a lot of other problems. So, please be careful. It really depends on how much you took and how long it takes your liver to metabolize the medication. Some meds take a few hours because they peak rapidly while others take weeks. You can take a look to see how it is excreted by the body by doing a search in most pharmaceutical books or on-line. Most are by the Urinary Tract while others go the Fecal Route. Some are expelled by the lungs and skin. Some are all of the above or a few. You need to look it up or call your local pharmacist.

The only thing YOU can do is to flush it out of your system. Drink plenty of water. If you are taking illegal drugs or a legal but strong drug like vicodin or Tylenol with codeine it can be in your system for up to 3 months. If someone had over dosed a medication a doctor will make the patient drink liquid charcoal to vomit the pills up. I wouldn't suggest doing this on your own

Once medication is in your bloodstream it is there until time passes it out. Paramedics have something called narcan which reduces effects of narcotics but not much more.
