Without further info, you can't say. I will say that age or sex would not be a factor.

1. what is the difference in weight? A reasonable amount of difference should not factor in however anything above 30 lbs is getting in the region where it's too great a weight difference (providing skill level is comparable). I wrestled 112 to 118 in high school. I weighed 130 lbs with no fat. I had to drop weight because most guys wrestling around 130 lbs in high school will normally weigh 150 lbs. Even with comparable skill, the difference in weight and muscle mass was too much for me to overcome. (While I won more than 50% of my high school matches, I was barely more than an average high school wrestler in regards to talent)

2. What is the skill level of the combatants? A higher skill level will compensate to some degree with a difference in weight or strength. (I am including experience level in with skill level.)

3. Two additional factors are desire and stamina. Women really get psyched up for competing with guys especially in sports like wrestling or martial arts (like judo). Men/boys are in a no win situation when competing with females in this situation. There is no desire or psych up for guys. If you win it's no big deal - everyone expects you to win. If you lose (even if she is better than you), you are considered a "wuss" and you never hear the end of it. Guys have no incentive. It's a lose/lose situation.
Stamina is a big deal. I won most my matches because I had greater stamina and endurance. If I could keep from getting pinned in the earlier parts of the match, I would win in the 3rd period.

So there are the major factors that have an affect on who wins a wrestling match. Everything being comparable, age or sex won't matter.

I guess that depends on who is stronger. The girl can win. He might hit you if he looses, but I doubt it. If your attracted to him sex with a 18 year old is legal :)

The guy would win, but then the girl would sue him for sexual harassment and have him thrown in jail. Seen this scenario hundreds of times.

depends on the strength of the boy and the strengh of the girl, that kind of age difference has nothing to do with it.
