You need to ask this just once. Once is enough. I'm sick of you lazy a$$ high schoolers not doing homework and wanting people to do it for you. Five paragraphs?!?! That's it? I hope you have enough common sense in dealing with the emotion hatred to write the paper yourself.

Paragraph 1 (Introduction - Needs a topic sentence)
Paragraphs 2/3/4 (Body - Write 3 different causes of hatred one per paragraph).
Paragraph 5 (Conclusion - Summarize your first 4 paragraphs and explain what YOU think hatred is and what causes hatred).
The best way to do paragraphs 2/3/4 is to use an example from 1)your readings 2)life experiences 3) A quote.
Paragraph 2 would give an example from a book you read that had to do with hatred.
Paragraph 3 would be something you recall from your own life dealing with hatred.
Paragraph 4 would be quotes from a website, doctor, counselor, etc.
Be sure to address (in each paragraph) what hatred means and what it is caused by. The answers will vary per paragraph. In the conclusion, you then decide what the answer is.
I got A's on every essay I ever wrote. Take my advice and do it yourself! You will feel proud and accomplished, not guilt and failure.

"There's a lot that causes hatred. So much causes hatred that it would probably be a lot longer than just five paragraphs". *and u can quote me on that too!*
I agree! Rumors cause hatred, and so does things being said about you or a loved one. Things people do also can cause hatred. *when you write the part about what causes hatred, you should also put in descriptions*.
Good luck! :)

hatred is caused by ignorance. we hate that which we do not understand.
some random examples:
you hate math. that may be because you can't easily and readily do the complicated higher-level functions. those who study and learn and really get to know math end up loving it.
you hate [insert name of anyone]: that may be because they're mean or abusive or whatever, but really hating that person takes quite a lot of time and energy and attention. being ignored is much worse than being hated because hatred requires so much effort.
you hate cancer: that may be because you know someone who has been hurt or even killed due to cancer, but really you can't hate the virus. the virus is just an organism doing what it is in its nature to do. it would be like hating the sun for shining, it can't help it, it's just what it does.
seeing as how this answer is already so long, i'll stop myself here.

Hatred can be caused by many things. It may have been instilled in a person from their families' veiwpoints, the society or community they grew up in, or even the media influences most popular by peers. Most commonly it is caused by an incident that happened directly to the person who exibits the hatred.
For example:
A family rooted in the kkk would cause a child to grow to hate black people.
A rich family could cause their children to hate lower class "rednecks".
Media exploiting gangster life and anarchy can cause a person to hate authority figures and police.
A boy raped by a man when he was growing up may learn to hate gays.
Hope I didn't give you the whole essay.

An essay is a short work of writing that treats a topic from an author's personal point of view. Essays are non-fictional but often subjective; while expository, they can also include narrative. Essays can be learned arguments, literary criticism, political manifestos, observations of daily life, recollections and reflections of the author.
The definition of an essay is vague, overlapping with those of an article and a short story. Almost all modern essays are written in prose, but works in verse have been dubbed essays (Alexander Pope's An Essay on Criticism and An Essay on Man). While today an essay is partly defined by its brevity, voluminous works like John Locke's An Essay Concerning Human Understanding and Thomas Malthus's An Essay on the Principle of Population refer to themselves using the term.

Hatred is caused by mainly something you see someone do that you don't like, often towards a loved-one.
Also, anger, lack-of respect from a person towards you and rumours all cause hatred.
