I have never received a jury duty summons... But if I did, I'd imagine the first thing that would cross my mind would not be something I could type here.

If I'll get picked to serve on a jury. I've been on two thus far.
They can take weeks.
A summons is only really to go into a pool, it's not a given you'll serve.

Golden Girls for some reason. When I was just a little girl that show was on and one of them had to go for jury duty! LOL

Never had one, but I think I'd feel like " Oh no, I will forget what they said at the beginning" I forget so easily. Plus I'd probably either hate the defendant or feel sorry for them.

I've never gotten one, but my mother
got called to a murder case, and when I
hear of someone getting called, I think of that.
It was a hard case, and she didn't like being there at all.
