What the hell is goin on here? Also. . . since when do we have to worry about criminals rights? What about us good honest law abiding people? Criminals should have NO RIGHTS! Its high time we took this country back from the thugs, dirtbag rappers, drug dealers, rapists, murderer and the such. And this means whit collar criminals as well. Crime is rampant because there is no deterent. Look at the dirtbags at Enron for example. . these douchebags should be in prison for life. . . maybe that would send a message to others! Murderers. . . . should be put to death. . not 15 years later. . . right now!!! And those in prison. . should be working ten hour days. . . no cable tv or computers. . and bread and water for meals!!! Of course. . laws like this will never pass cause our criminal politicians don't want to suffer the fate they vote on. Instead. . . criminals will continue to be babied!

Well put it this way... if there was a great crime deterrent don't you think then there wouldn't be any crime? Go to school, write to a scholarly journal, get your idea of crime and deterrence published and get it going into effect.
Just so you know i am pro-death penalty
You have any idea why the apeals are in place for death row? ... its to protect the innocent person from a f*ck up in the system. Yes we know the system isnt perfect, yes we know mistakes can happen, this is why these safety measures are in place.
The only reason the white collar criminals have it made is because they have the money to have it made.
Look up the corrections history, we have tried working inmates before and it did even less in rehabilitation, in fact it made them worse when they were released.. look into the Auburn correctional system and the Pennsylvania correctional system.

and think how many different times people have tried a deterrent and it not work... i mean look at england, they hung pickpockets in the middle ages, but at the hangings they had people picking pockets in the crowd. just look into history, get a fresh perspective and get knowledged on the situation... dont get angry about it and try to complain here, it will merely fall upon def ears.

Wow! Well criminals have rights because we guarantee them in the 8th Amendment. Yes, some of those rights (ex, 2nd Amendment) can be strictly governed. We do not have to agree with them, but that is how the American government was established for the people.

Mercy me, mercy you. Mercy mercy. Fallible people make bad judgements at the justice bar but at the justice Bar of God everything will be made right. When all else fails, remember that.

Sadly, you're trying to argue law from a religious perspective.

Which means that you just don't understand the law.
