im thinking of becoming a goth. where do i start, and what do i need.

Dressing as a goth can be expensive. When I`m dressed and my makeup is on I feel good and like what I see and I don`t care what other people think.
It is up to you and how you feel about yourself. If you are going to go for it then just do it. I got my clothes of the Internet to start with but now I have found a shop not to far from were I live.

Girl you're wearing a cowboy hat and pink glasses on your Avatar! At least make her a goth and see if you like the look.
Start listening goth music and checking out goth art online and see if you relate to the scene, otherwise stick to your fun cowgirl look.

If you were born to be a goth, you wouldn't need to think about becoming one. it would just happen naturally. Quit kidding yourself and carry on enjoying life as you want to, not how you think you should. Good luck x

I knew a girl who was like "omg, next year, I'm going to be GOTH!"
It's not a good thing to "become" some thing. Just to decide. You can like gothic influenced clothing and transition your style but you don't become "GOTH."
Like what you like, don't act like you want to play halloween.

bin a goth is wicked, for get about all the white face and prayin to the devil that a load of rubbish, jus member black and baggy cloths they the key things, ull get ur own style of clothing, some ppl hav rock bands others hav skulls, u can hav chains if u like. Jus b warned not alot of ppl like goths unfortunatly. like others say jus b ur self and enjoy urself. one last thing, if ur jeans get torn they look even better. i hope this helps.

go for it...ask ur friends for help on b coming goth or ask goth ppl the will give u better advice.....
