Ok how this got started was by some person that apparently knew Ciara and was mad that she had made it as a star. Well after she started going out with Shad Moss A.K.A Bow Wow this person started it. Ciara is definitely not a man, shes a woman. Ive met her and she's so cool.

NO its just a rumor. POOR ciara must be having a hard time dealing with all the rumors with people thinking that she was born a man. O well it goes along with the territory of being famous. Celebs have to deal with RUMORS on a daily basis
