Yes there is, although they glide and not actually fly. The genus is called Chrysopelea, which is in colubridae family . They are mildly venomous and are not dangerous to humans. They are found in Southeast Asia, the Melanesian islands, and India. For more information check it out in wikipedia.com

i dont think so but there are snakes that swim in water with their heads up out of the water i have never seen a flying snake but if i do ill let you know
