You may be able to get a good start on Myspace. If you have a Myspace profile you'll be able to set up a group and select interest. You can then invite others' to join your group. There may already be one or several film production groups on Myspace. There are probably other film production groups on-line. If you are in college (or any other school), you may just want to set up a group with other students taking film production classes. You can set up fliers around the school or the building that those particular students convene.
