Many times in college. The worst was when I walked right up to a cop who was chatting with a civilian, told them my name was Veronica and that, for a sociology paper I was writing, I needed to know whether they smoked marijuana. It's amazing that I've never been to jail.

I have been drunk in public many times.I've had the police escort me home at least 20 times in the past 10 years.

either you are drunk, dyslexic, or are acting like you want to be. but yes, when i have gone to the club i have gotten a little tipsy and that is in public, so yes.
