In a way it keeps it hydrated but what u should do if trying to get body is drying ur hair with a blow dryer with ur head upside down

your body uses water for soo many things, from a cellular level to making up like 70% of ur body, just drink lots of it and u'll look and feel great

our bodies are made up of mostly water so when you drink water you rehydrate and cleanse out the old with new ! IT WILL MAKE YOUR SKIN SO MUCH YOUNGER and your insides so much cleaner ...think of flushing a toilet lol the new water flushes out the old !
