Bleach is the worst thing for your nails. First of all stay far away from any household chemicals. Go to Sally's and purchase some Bubble White and soak in that for a few minutes or you can use denture tablets. Purchase a 3 or 4 way buffer and gently buff away the yellow stains. It would be a wise idea to use a non-yellowing base coat along with two coats of polish and a good top coat. Try to stay away from Formaldehyde or Tolulene. These chemicals are the drying agents in nail polish that make them dry faster. But at the same time, they cause your nails to yellow, dry out and chip. Buy some cuticle oil and put a dab on each night prior to bedtime and this will rehydrate your nail beds.

If nail polish remover did not work then try soaking them for a bit in some household bleach. If that does not work, you will have to wait til they grow out.

Use nailpolish remover with acetone in it to remove red colored nailpolishes. Otherwise, try again in a day or so to get it off again with regular non acetone nail polish.

I have soaked them in bleach too to get rid of this. It worked for me, but if it doesnt then, as the last poster said, you'll have to wait for them to grow out.
