OK your question is somewhat confusing but I will take a shot at it .
It sounds like you are about to start having your menstrual cycle for the first time . write down the first day on a calender and check each day that it lasts.normally 3 to 5 days.
The next month you will start about the same time .they may be spotty the first few months .having cramps is normal so don.t get worried . You usually have periods till you are in your late fifties. Some women stop and think they are in menopause and they get pregnant .So you can see it is important to have a doctor be the judge on what is going on .
nothing to be afraid of .Have a blessed life .

Being a woman is such a wonderful thing and at times a stressful thing. But regardless of all the pitfalls such as period pain, moods swings etc etc.. I would not want to change the fact that I am a woman.
For being a woman you can experience, when you are more mature, the wonders of childbirth and babies. This experience is so different in all woman also.
You are just starting on a road to change. I could give all the advice in the world about what happens when you get your periods but the most important thing what is happening to you now is the change in the way you think and feel your emotions. This is something that very very personal and so different for each woman.
A woman is made so different to every other woman, sure we have the same basics, but our makeup etc is all different from each other.
You are unique and what advise is given to you from people that want to help you, won't necessarily work for you or is about you.
Because you are your mothers daughter she is the very best person you can talk to about your concern on this matter as she has the same makeup as yourself.
Lastly, don't be scared, be excited and prepare your self for the ride of your life.

Baby, take it from a 47 year old woman. This is nothing to be afraid of. You will have a period until you go through menopause (45 +) or, you have a hysterectomy. (my personal choice) Honey, have you talked to your mom about this? If that is not an option, talk to a family member or counselor at school you feel close too.
This is just part of life. Just remember, now you are able to get pregnant so if you become or are sexually active, USE PROTECTION! I am a mother of two older children one girl and one boy and so this I know to be the most important thing!
Don't be scared! Being a woman is a wonderful thing and this is just part of it!
Welcome to womanhood!

Most women have one period per month until they reach their mid-forties. They last about 7 days, and start out heavy and taper off. Some women stop sooner, and some later. Toward the end, they get lighter and not always a full week.
There's nothing to worry about. And, believe it or not, every girl has the same fears. Talk to your Mom, your Aunt or the older sister of a friend. They won't get grossed out, because it's normal.

Well, basically, you keep having them till you are an older woman (around 50, but sometime earlier/later, but in that time span). I only got mine a couple months ago and yes, it's a bit weird, but you get over it. It sucks though, when you dont feel good. But take it not as a bummer, take it as a gift! I saw Just My Luck last night and there was one quote I really liked (not that I'm very religious...). "When God closes one door, he opens two."

It's nothing to be afraid of. The average woman goes through menopause around age 52.

You will have it from now until you are close to 50 or so EXCEPT for the times you are pregnant.
