Havent the big music stars gone Lazy these days . Stars like Elton john and George michael dont even find time to appear in their videos as i saw in their recent videos . Makes me wonder if they find time to record their songs or if someone else does it for them .

Elton and Micheals are opposites on this issue. Michaels has been in semi-retirement for many years and Elton publicly commented concern for decision to have stopped creating music and living in seclusion.
Elton on the other hand hasnt stopped. Lazy? Elton is always juggling different projects. He's recently written two musicals (Lestat and Billy Elliot) while touring almost nonstop and doing his many Red Piano concerts in Vegas. In addition, he does does endless fund-raising for AIDS research. He has also continued releasing new material (instead of redo-ing very old songs like many musicians his age). He just hosted Fashion Rocks and has a CD releasing this month.
He has been very honest about not liking to perform in videos and hasnt done many in recent years despite regularly releasing new material.
As far as wondering if someone does it for him, he also got flak for addressing Madonna winning a live performance award when she admittedly lip synchs do to being able to do the extreme dancing and live singing. He didnt say she wasnt talented but he is big on live singing and continues to.
I think its sad the artists who have basically retired because younger pop stars have the market on CD buyers. So much creativity wasted.

SUN123 took the words right out of my mouth. Elton's creativity and drive to perform and try new things like broadway and movies is amazing. Elton is far from lazy. Charity work, his Vegas show, plays, new albums. And he still finds time to go on tour!
Let's not forget to give lots of credit to his long time friend and lyric writer Bernie Taupin.
