I think as we get older and we met alot more new people from jobs, I think the percentage of meeting a true friend is like.001... I've only one true friend and that's really enough and that is my husband...

I would have to say that I have 4 true friends. One of them is my mom. I can tell her anything. I guess I would have to say that the friends that I have, 2 of them have been my friends since high school. and I'm 32 now. My other friend have known each other for a few years, but have became best friends as of 9 months ago. So I guess it depends on the person. You can be true friends w/someone when you're younger, but grow older together. But you can also meet people who are older, like I did, and still become best friends.

I have 2 true friends. One I met in first grade and one I met in high school. As I get older, I meet more people but the two close friends have gone through years of experiences with me.

I would say I have none. I have a few friends that have been my friends since childhood but nothing I could classify as true friend. They are great friends to me but a true friend seems to me would be someone you would never have to hold anything back from. You could open the whole vault to them. That's the sort of thing that has to be built from childhood I think. If you don't have it by the time u reach your adult life you may just have to resort blogging your hardest times and darkest secrets to the masses...which seems to make a decent substitute.

Me honestly I probably have many friends, that i could actually trust them as the type of friend that you ask, probably 1 or 2. I say you get neither more or less true friends.

No I think as you get older you get to know more people but the people that are your close friends become less.

Honestly, I am still looking for true friends. They are few and far between. I am working on a couple people, but I don't know how long it will take to classify them as true friends.

i have had the same true blue friends since i was in 6th grade, there's 4 of us. I'm 33 now and we have been through thick and thin. Dont get me wrong i have several acquaintances, but just a handful of friends i would do ANYTHING for.
