haha good question ...well i suppose i could overlook the breath especially if there not breathing and thats what im trying to help them do ... but hey whats a smell .. between life and death ...sure id do it not a problem ...and if i do it right we could meet up for a garlic sandwich ...no problems then lol

no. you must not give mouth to mouth breathing for a person drowning. you may push the water in their airway even deeper. you should thrust from back.
in resuscitation airway comes first then breathing then circulation. if you secure airway of a drowning person then mouth to mouth breathing is not required at all. if somehow you need to secure breathing, then mouth to mouth is not helpful at all. the recent study shows this.
