I got a tree branch all the way through one leg once in a skiing accident - It was wicked
Oh yes, I have had a four inch nail through a thumb too, that was BRILLIANT too

I've got three. Once i stepped on a board that had a nail sticking up. I didn't see the nail---it went right through my tennis shoe and halfway through my foot---the feeling of the nail piercing my skin and flesh was pretty gruesome.
Second--when i was a kid i was playing cowboys and indians with a friend. I got shot and fell down dead---then for added effect i rolled down a hill---right into a patch of prickly pears. got a 2 inch long spike in my thigh. Kept quiet about it cause I knew my idiot father would want to go digging after it himself rather than take me to a doctor. Later that night it started hurting and i complained to my mom--making her promise not to tell my dad. Then about 10 minutes later here comes dad with the friggin needle nose pliers. He dug around and bit and then pulled out this 2 inch long prickly pear spke.
Last---while swimming in a river i was climbing up on the bank and didn't notice a honey locust tree on the bank. Anyway, it had dropped a limb in the water. i stepped on the limb and drove a 3 inch honey locust thorn into my heel. ouch! i dug that one out on my own----i didn't want a repeat of the needle nose pliers incident!

Tough contest, you pick:
1) An ink pen: When I was 6, during a fight, an older boy stabbed me with an ink pen, in the right knee.
2) Chair leg: A broken chair leg, went just below the jaw, when I was 9.

A big rusty nail ALL THE WAY ...Thur my foot & boot when I was 8 ...Stacking lumber from a torn down shed for my Dad...OUCH ! Had to leave it in there till we got to a hospital about 25 miles away...And that was after he saw part of the board off so,I could get in the front of the truck...I truly think it was worst than giving birth...IT HURT SO BAD ...The healing was bad news too! A prickly cactus in the ***! i went to sit on a window sill in a friends house when i was younger and landed on the demn thing. It bloody hurt like hell!

me and my mate where playing out on our farm and we where digging for something cant remember what. My friend accident swung around with a pitch fork and stabbed me in my head. one point went into my ear, temple and just above my eye. I am still surprised that i am alive. all i know never stand behind someone with a pitch fork!!!!

when i was 10 i was playing on building site,i fell backwards and got a 5 inch nail in the butt,ouch.

I was bouncing on this old rusted metal bridge and it gave way. Gave me a big gash on my lower leg when I felt into the water.

when i was 12 i fell of my bike and a 3" x1/2 bolt went up under my knee cap all the way. it wasnt very graphic but it hurt like a mother@###.
