bigger. Unless they're pouffy big cap sleeves, like you put on a 4 year old girl, I've only seen "manly" women wearing them

Cap sleeves on a girl or woman with "thick" arms is absolutely the sexist thing there is.

Actually it make one's arm look longer. If you have a bigger arm, it will make you look bigger.
