The literal meaning of a ghost as defined by today's society is a person that is either the soul of a deceased person that has "unfinished business" or has not passed to the next level (whether it be heaven or hell or purgatory). This is complete BS. Trust me. When you die, your soul goes one of two places, and does not linger anywhere. I believe that things such as demons may try to impersonate the soul of a deceased in order to fool a person. I also believe that angels exist (and despite what some misinformed people think, angels are NOT deceased souls either). Hope this helped clear things up for you. :) God bless.

I don't really believe in ghosts but I do believe in spirits and souls. Every person has a soul and when you die hopefully your spirit goes to heaven. But somtimes I think they are left here on the Earth because they can't find their way to the light.
But as far as the stereotypical ghost, like all white flying scary things, I don't think believe in them.

Um...I do believe in spirits or the soul,not gohsts as the ones that sacre u.That's cause when u die is ur friutful life all gone??NO!Of course not then why is the living for??
Plus that,If u have ever seen someone die in ur family,someone that u loved so much,after a while u will dream of them,(But if u really love them.)in those dreams or nightmares sometimes the soul or spirit of that person will meet u...It is the way of contacting people from the other side

i believe that souls remain in existance wether or not it has a body, when i was young (8yo to 14yo) i use to get these really crazy visions about people who where dead but looking for things or people, one guy use to constantly ask me where julia was and he told me the date was oct. something 1939. i looked it up one day and it turns out that a farm across the major highway had burned down and a little girl who lived there ran into the woods to get away, it was all woods and farms back then here, when here dad realised she was missing he went looking for her but never returned, a week later the found her body, the wolves had gotten her. her father was NEVER found. i got visions like these 5-10 times per month and many different ones, they all proved true. i just wonder what happens to those that don't stay here because the bible does not mention spirits staying here on earth with us, the first of many flaws in "god's" book.

Personally I don't believe ghosts exist. I do not believe in souls or afterlife. Why? Because I've seen no evidence of them.

I don't believe in the traditional ghosts. I believe that they are souls that are not willing to leave this world behind. They have unfinished business,,,, sort of speak and need to resolve what is preventing them to move on. I believe whether good or bad one must prayer for them.

well i dont believe in ghost nor any of that stuff. and like if u believer they will appear to u when u least expect them but ummm if u dont believe then what the heck dont worry.but yeah some ppl have seen them and been telling stories about their experience.

okay- i believe.
why?
because i cant imagine just falling into a deep sleep in a box untill i rot! i know that my family members who have passed over are with me- even now.
AND U NO WAT! - even if it isnt true, it gives me the most securing and comforting feeling, even if i were to die right now.
some people find great comfort believeing in spirits- they survive through grief believeing this.
Also- when you go to a funeral- dont you get the feeling subconciously that body in the coffin is not the person you once knew when they were alive?
our eyes make us see...
Our heart pump blood...
our brain activates our body...
There is no organ in the body that make the unique soul that we all posess.Where do our deep emotions come from?
Think about it....

i think they do exist! my grandma tell's all kind's of storie's of ghost and stuff i really believe her cause she's seen alot and my ohter family member's too they've seen them! i saw 2 alredy when i was little like12 but my mom told me that it was just mi imagination she din't want to scare me that's why! but they are real!!!

yes!!!!! my friend had them in her house.like at night the water turned on and the door opened. scary!!!she saw shadows of things. also a guy was once sitting by her bed with a knife, she was freaked out. all true but they cant hurt you. if u have them in ur house go under the coves and say " nothings there"
