Even though we provided the arms for them to push the Soviets out, and they were getting pounded before we did, they take full credit for the Soviets collapse. Hows that for delusional ??

Even if they were kicking *** from the beginning, they didn't topple the USSR, all they did was push them out of Afghanistan. The Cold War ultimately toppled the USSR. Reagan, not Bin Laden.

Afghans fought Soviet Russia from 1979 to 1988. Though this war is not the only factor for the demise of Soviet Russia, but at least you can give this much credit to Afghans that they defended their country from a super power for almost a decade.

As for supply of arms is concerned, China and Russia supplied arms to North Vietnam during the conflict with US. Yet all credit goes to the bravery of Viets and not the suppliers.

Not entirely the reason but it can be accounted as one minor reason on top of many others. One humiliating military defeat in a foreign nation would hardly collapse a country alone.

Direct hit buddy, and Iran hates us because they say that we were the reason that they lost in the Iran-Iraq war, but maybe it was because they sent kids armed with just the koran and a plastic "key to paradise" against iraqi machineguns. that led to about 400,000 teens being killed in combat in the last 18 months of combat.

The only assistance we gave saddam was some satelite photos or iran.
