Jools Holland is a fantastic artist, no doubting that, but I prefer his work when he was a member of "Squeeze" as opposed to his "rythm and blues orchestra"
What you've got to take into consideration here is this......

I like his BBC program because he bring lots of styles of music together shame it on so late at night.

I like his music and some of his collaborations have been very good. I don't like his voice though. Sorry to say.
I like Sam Brown when she sings with him, she is great.

I don`t hate him as I obviously do not know the man but, I would say he is not someone I would choose to watch or listen to.
