Self-assessment is a process by which you learn more about yourself -- what you like, what you don't like, and how you tend to react to certain situations.
I can't really help you begin the paper since I do not have your experiences and don't know anything about you. I would start with how you felt before you went to the class, ie, nervous, apprehensive about what others would think of you, etc. Then move on to the experience itself, and then how you felt after wards. That should give you three to four paragraphs.
Good luck!

I wrote numerous imaginitive essays and that i need to assert they're slightly confusing to write down. even in spite of the reality that you've a sturdy theory, that's difficult to placed the idea right into a presentable format like an essay. i replaced into writing a international Literature Paper and we had the determination of both writing a Descriptive diagnosis or a imaginitive Essay. I chosen the imaginitive Essay and that i regretted my determination later. The Descriptive diagnosis might want to were a lot more desirable uncomplicated. i'm no longer particular what a own Essay is yet even if that's something like a press release, then i might want to might want to trust your father. i do no longer imagine imaginitive Essays count number in a type which incorporates Descriptve, Narrative, Pesuasive or own Essays. i'm in severe college, junior 365 days.

No, I will not begin to write the essay for you. However, I will guide you with the following advice: To start writing, think deeply about everything that you were seeing, feeling and observing that first day. Decide what emotion affected you the most and go from there. The more descriptive you can be, the better. The reader should get enough detail from your essay to feel as his s/he were actually there.

No one cares to read what you wrote about yourself. Try writing about something more interesting. If your life is worth writing about, someone else will do it for you.
