No. Haliburton is in Iraq....but not the Oil Division of the company. Haliburton is a multi-functional global company with multiple divisions and resources. Haliburton is trucking mainly supplies to part of Iraq. Besides The coalition and America took the Main pumping, sorting, distribution plants and pipelines. Offshore loading platforms...etc etc... The day before we offically invaded Iraq. Now, if the coalition, namely America, wantted the OIL...why are our tankers not lined up in the GULF?? humm.. We did not want the oil....WE WANTTED TO keep Saddam from causing a global issue by setting them on fire again. France, Germany, and Russia: were doing nothing more that America or any other country seeking loop=holes in the "Oil for food" program.

I do. And I think those republicans who think they are not and then accept campaign funds from Bush or the Republican party are deluding themselves. Hard to say if any Democrats are. Cheney is so angry about Lieberman losing the primary - maybe Lieberman was a Dem. profitting from Haliburton.

I am sure that there are charitable donations made by these people - donations are great tax breaks and are good PR for anyone in the public eye.

Peace!

Michael moore was on the haliburton board, actually he was the same position as chaney, but 10 years later.

**** chaney made 7 million this year, and he gave 6 million to charity. president bush made 700,000 and gave about 100,000 to charity.

Alot of american people have stock in Haliburton, including many of the democrats always crying about them.

Also many of the retirement funds that even everyday people have who are making good investments have some ownership.

Who still owns Haliburton? Cheney. I would not be surprised if others were in on it.

Ask Michael Moore, he has a ton of Halliburton stock. And all he buys are hotdogs to stuff in his fat liberal face.
