Your BEST bet is to go to a PROFESSIONAL salon to get them done. There are plenty to chose from. Please don't go to a Chinese nail salon(nothing against the Chinese..hey I'm part Chinese) but you want someone who is gonna be able to communicate clearly with you and give u suggestions. After you have already gotten a shape you can go to those places to clean them up.

your eyebrows should start at the inside for your nose (line up a pencil on the side of your nose, before your eye starts to see where exactly it should start) pluck any hairs on the outside part. Your eyebrow should end at a 45 degree angle from the end of your eye. again, use a pencil to figure this out (make markings with an eyepencil in black or white that can be easily removed.) The arch should begin near the end of the iris (the colored part of the eye). You should first try cleaning the eyebrow from the bottom, with just stray hairs, and then go to the salon/aesthetic to get it professionally shaped, then you can maintain it yourself with tweezers or wax. I did mine myself (shaped), but i went to a salon to get them cleaned up/shaped professionally. good luck!!!

Trim the middle of the brow on the bottom, nearest the eye.

Trim the top of the brow just on the sides, the two ends.

Leave the rest alone. And tweezers are better than blades.

What you do is measure from your inner corner of your eye to the middle of your pupil and where the hair is in that diagonal line is where your natural arch should be

take a pencil and hold it at a 45 degree angle from the middle of your pupil pointing out. that's where the arch should reach it's peak.

I alwyas prefer to go and get my properly waxed, its so much easier. but i think ur natural arch is suppose to be right above the vcentre of ur pupil! hope it helps!

Kitty is exactly right...I was going to explain it exactly like that ...but no need she hit it right on. just use your eyliner pencil from the tip of your nose to the outside of your eye also to know where your eyebrow should end...(I don't know if she put that too)

Here's the first return from Google on "Eyebrow Shaping":

It has good illustrations for proper shaping, but consider having them waxed, and then you can keep them up very easily by tweezing.

P.S. DON'T SHAVE THEM!!!!!!!
