Generally, what you do is blow up a balloon, tie it, and put a whole lot of paper mache around it. Paper mache is made by getting strips of newspaper (or any other kind of paper), soaking them in a mixture of flour and water, and lying them together. Once the balloon is covered, wait for the paper mache to dry completely, then use a pin to pop the balloon and carefully take the pieces out from inside. You can then fill the inside with whatever you want. You can also paint the pinata if you like.

A couple of ballons,paper mache,water color paint .Blow up the balloons a large one for the body smaller long ones for the legs.when it dries let the air out,don't pop the balloons.The use paper mache to attach the legs to the body
