wat do u do when someone says ur ugly and fat?

When people say things like that, they are trying to hurt you because they feel insecure for some reason. Maybe their father abuses them, or maybe their boyfriend thinks your cute.
Look them straight in the eye and say, "You just hurt my feelings! Only people who are insecure, jealous and self conscious do things like that! So which one is it??"
And if they are being vicious, you can tell them "so what, you're stupid. I can lose weight and get a makeover, but stupid is forever!"

Ignore and prepare for a visious come back. Why should you believe the cause all their comment are reflections of how the feel about them selves u r stunning and u should feel special for the mere fact that they have such a fear of u that they are trying to bring u down to their level .DONT ALLOW THEM TO WIN !

Well, if they call you fat, you can always say : I might be fat but your ugly and I can always lose the weight, but you're stuck with your ugly self.

Ok....if you are satisfied with yourself the way you are ,,,you ignore them...and dont let it put you down....but if you see yourself fat...you can work on it only for the sake of pleasing yourself not for others....if anyone called you ugly ...im sure they are mistaken....believe that you are beautiful from inside and outside if you think you can be nicer .,..then be...for yourself only...:)

it takes 1 2 no 1 right wat ever u do dont stop eating or get surgury be more active and eat alot i am 29 and i weight a hundred pounds
