Beth Short was murdered, mutilated, and her body was cut in half before being left on the side of the road.
The killer was never caught, despite a massive investigation that continues to this day.

I bet you could go to the movie rental place and rent the "original" Black Dahlia movie.
I don't remember ANYTHING about her being cut in half in the original movie!!!!
