Yes. It's called an appliance extension cord. You can find one at most local hardware stores, even Lowes & Home Depot should have them. You'll spend about $5 on one. I had to get one for my refridgerator. The plug outlet is up higher than usual & the cord was about 2 inches short. It's a bit odd that you'd need one for the dryer unless it's not in a laundry room or other area.

not readilly available this is someting you will have to have someone make up or make yourself. However if this is for a new dryer that has no chord- then you can purchase them at the local harware store bring a small picture of what your plug looks like so you can match it up there are a couple different types depending on the year your house was built. It is called a pig tail

You obviously know NOTHING about voltage, resistance, wattage or the wheatstone bridge! If you're talking about the basic line cord, go to any home improvement store. If you're talking about extending the existing cord......FORGET IT! You'll set your house afire and the insurance company won't pay for that kind of stupidity. Move the outlet!

Link from UF below. Shows table and states that you can, but I would reroute dryer circuit asap. Don't let something temporary become permanent.

You mean a 220volt dryer.
ANd you can make one yes, but it has to be the right kind of wire.
I don't think you will go to lowes and buy one. Have to have a electrician make it for you.

Not that I have ever seen in the stores...

You can make one if you need one temporarily but you should NEVER use one in a situation permanently.

You could make one; be careful though.

Its probably going to be cheaper to run wire cable-- use #6 3wire+ground
