The best bowler in test match till now as far as average is concerned was GEORGE ALFORD LOHMANN, Right arm medium fast bowler of England. He was also an all rounder.
However, in the present lot of bowlers, S.E. Bond of New Zeland is the best bowler in Test Match and One day Internationals with the average of 21.53 in Test Match and 18.63 in One day international.
