If you think it looks good then yeah!
Personally I think it looks great as a formal suit, but if you wanted to wear the combo casually I think it needs a little bit of extra thought. A good look I've found is a quite formal looking blazer with a short denim skirt and plain T shirt - came across that one by accident when I couldn't find any other jacket!

If the blazer and the skirt were the same color and fabric, then yes. It would be a business suit look.
If they are totally different colors and/or fabrics, then you would have to try it on to see how they look together. Sometimes a different material/color can clash and other times they complement.
More information is needed to know for sure. Maybe try posting the material off the inside label and colors of each item.

it really all depends on the blazer an skirt. but if you wore it i bet it would look fine. it also depends on peoples taste.

One of the sexiest outfits for women, ie air hostesses etc, skirts are nice as well. And I am the only man to answer the question.
