To delete internet cookies or temporary files, follow these steps:

NOTE: That this process is with the Internet Explorer but if ur using other than the Explorer, please let me know.

1- On Internet Explorer goto Tools - at the top of the browser.
2- Click on " Internet Options"
3- When u click Internet Options, a dialogue box pops up. You should see a bunch of Tabs. Now, the first one u will see is the " General" tab - as for ( general internet options ).
4- You should see some text: Home Page, Internet Options, etc. Go to Internet Options, then u will have three buttons below that. "Delete cookies, Delete Temporary Files, and Settings. Do not click on Settings.
5- Now, to delete your Internet Cookies, click the "Delete Cookies" button. Or if u wish to delete the internet temporary files, then click the "Delete Files" button.

NOTE: This process cannot be un-done. If u change ur mind, click "Cancel".

6- When you are finished, click the "OK" button to close the dialogue box.

From that menu left click on Internet Options. In the box that appears click on the tab labeled General. Now, look for the area labeled Temporary Internet Files. In this area you should see buttons labeled Delete Cookies...and Delete Files... You simply click on one and wait for it to finish the task, the click on the other and let it finish its' task.
