Whenever i connect it to my computer, it doesnt recognize the connection! what can i do?

i have a zen micro mp3 player and sometimes its not plugged in all the way. if it doesnt recognize it u have to open the program manually instead of it just popping up but if its still not there then u need to uninstall the program and then install it again.

uhh idont know the micros been known to be bad. i say you switch it for a microphoto or sleek photo both 200
