You gotta be kidding!! you want to look and act the part, and you think that's going to make you a REAL pirate? That's really lame!!
A REAL pirate needs a fast ship, with a crew ready to murder anybody and everybody on board another vessel, in order to steal it. That's what REAL pirates do, RAPE and MURDER innocent people in order to steal what's not theirs.
Do you have the stomach to be a REAL pirate? I don't think so. You're just caught up in the glamor of a ridiculous Hollywood farce about pirates. Grow up!
However if you really want to be a REAL pirate here's some of the things you'll need:
1. A fast ship, capable of 40 knots, and large enough to wreak havoc on a much larger vessel.
2. Armament: At least two 40 milli-meter deck guns. At least one, preferably two 50 caliber machine guns. AK-47's or M-16's for each crew member. M-92 Beretta's for each crew member. Lots of ammo for your weapons. assorted long knives, preferably machetes, for lopping off the limbs and heads of your victims. Hand grenades and RPG's.
3. A good crew, all proven murders and rapists. Baby killers make particularly good pirates, but since you're a female, you'd better be sure you can trust them, or you'll wind up another victim. REAL pirates have little or no loyalty to their captain.
4. And finally, you'll need lots of money to start your pirating business. remember you have a ship, crew and weapons to buy. Try robbing banks as a means to finance your venture.

To really feel the role, you should drink nothing but rum, and eat nothing but fish. Then go travel the world, and have promiscuos relationships everywhere you go. Last but not least, you will need to take a ship, a vessel if you will, by force. Then and only then, will you be a pirate matey!!!

Stop brushing your teeth, buy a parrot and download zillions of songs wihout paying royalties.
Watch pirate movies, concentrate, place pictures of Sir Francis Drake all over your room and visit the sea.
Pirates weren't born like that, they get drunk and that's how it got started.
