msn still works, and my pc tells me i am connected to the web but i am forbidden from access, code 403, or maybe 430 cant recall now. cause and solution please.

Re the answers so far, I cant visit microsoft or check other sites mentioned as i am forbidden access to the internet!!!! Now what.

HTTP Error 403 Forbidden or Access denied (there is no 430 error)
You may not have authorization to view the page you are trying to access, try another website. The reason your messaging programs still work is because they use a different port. Port 80 is web access.

Is your PC on a network that requires you to login to a proxy server?
If not, check that your browser isn't setup for a proxy server.
(Internet explorer - Tools - Options - Connections - LAN Settings)

get a new browser such as Mozilla Firefox and reinstall ur browser from the microsoft webpage.
