What are some things I can do to insure a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby? I'm so worried something will be wrong with my child!

Eat right, take your prenates, moderate exercise, no smoking/drinking, no overexertion....these are the things you can control. Worrying there will be something wrong with the baby is also perfectly normal...there is nothing that can be done to "guarantee" a perfect baby since there is so much that is not in your hands...but you can definatley give yourself the best odds possible for what you can control! i does no longer worry too a lot. I positioned on 4 stone with my first daughter! i'm pregnant with my 2nd new child (20 weeks) and that i've got in basic terms positioned on 4lbs as much as now. Eat healthy, take your prenatals EVERYDAY, drinks lots and lots of water and go to your doctor. do not smoke, be around people who smoke, drink, no caffiene,do not lift objects too heavy, do not stress. No douche,take only tylenol if needing medication for any reason. other than that enjoy your pregnancy and have a happy healthy baby.

Relax, read, and breath in deep. Eat a healthy diet. Take light exercise,common sense. You fears can be talked over with your doctor. Just enjoy this happy time of being pregnant.

Taking your prenatal vitamins every day and eating what the doctors instruct you to eat, and going to all your doctor visits.
