You should just come out and tell him when the time is right. I had a crush on this guy once and I told myself that it's either I tell him and see if he likes me too, or if he doesn't like me then I would move on to someone else. That way I'd at least not sit around and wait and wonder if he does or doesn't like me. Now, 12 years later, we are happily married. So you never know. Good luck.

By no means tell him, he will definitely run a mile. Get him drunk and feel him up. That way you can tell his true reactions, if he is actually attracted to you. If it seems that he isn't responding, get the hell out of there before he has a chance to take advantage of your feelings.
Be very very careful! Make sure to look after the most important person in the situation - you - before doing anything you might regret.

You need to sit down and talk to him about how you feel. Its better out than in =)
If he's a true friend he wont change his feelings for you, the best way to sort a situations like this is to sit down and tell them how you feel.

Honestly? just tell him.
You want to go ritght to the matter in less than two minutes.
Then if necessary you'll develop.
See it that way: if you don't say anything, you might just lose him to someone else.
By saying something, you may end up being embarassed, but you'll also be stronger and know where you stand.
