I'm pretty sure it means No Reserve. That's when you set a minimum price that you'll sell it for and if someone that bids doesn't have a bid that is as high as the reseve, you are under no obligation to sell it to them.

It means No Reserve. A Reserve price is a minimum price set by the seller before the auction. The seller doesn't have to accept a lower bid even if it is the final or "winning bid". So no sale unless the bids exceed the Reserve.
