I totally love wrestling. It's real entertaining and I get alot of laughs from it. It's just as if you were watching another movie... But wwe raw is better..

You need to have the skills required for fake punching, fake choking, fake leg scissors, fake half-nelsons, etc., etc.
No real wrestling skills needed as all holds are arranged in a advance and all compliance to pressure is fake.
Since there are virtually no genuine wrestling matches outside of college or the Olympics, no-one knows what real wrestling looks like anymore.
But a good heavyweight college or Olympic wrestler could take any of these fake show-boaters down in 5 seconds.

You know, it's funny you should say that because Andy Rooney from 60 Minutes mentioned wrestling once he said: "I know pro wrestling is fake, but so are movies and television. That doesn't stop you from watching them."
If a man as cynical as Andy Rooney can look at professional wrestling like that, why can't everyone else?

True. I love HBK. And yes i know it is 'fake' but 'fake' is such an ugly word if you put it in the same sentence as WWE, i prefer it to be called: Sports entertainment. So it will entertain me, but it has failed to entertain me since WM 22. So I still watch WWE..

It is staged and the storylines are plotted. Doesn't mean that it isn't good entertainment. The guys who are upset about it being fake jsut don't want to admit they are watching a male Soap Opera :)

When my father was alive he would constantly tease my son over the fact that he (my son) loved wrestling. "it is fake, ..."
My response to him every time he brought the subject up was, "Well, Dad, you know John Wayne didn't REALLY kill all those Indians in the westerns you watch"
