I'm in Riverview and didn't feel a thing.. It's crazy to think we actually had an earthquake HERE!!

I felt it! I thought it was some new construction going on down near Tampa Bay--I live 1 minute away from there. my walls were tremoring, the bed was also and the water next to me was rocking. I remember thinking OMG, it this what an earthquake would feel like. Now I find out that it was--I am sooo stunned. I figured Calif. would slide into the sea and Denver would be waterfront property! Not Florida! What a fluke! Tell me more!

I live in hudson near Tampa& felt it. My chair i was sitting in started shaking.
it lasted about 10 or 15 secounds. then it happened again.
i have a bird avery in my living room & it started shaking.
very weird for florida.

my 10 year old son actually told me about this but i thought it was something his friends at school made up! Then my neighbor said she felt it - thats crazy! we were sleeping at the time but i wish i was awake......i live in Pinellas County right on the coast. scary to think about :P
