When you share a bed with the opposite sex, and have your arms around eachother. Can this bring out an emotional attachment between the two? What if you dont see the person again after, would you long for them?

Emotional connections can form based on any close interaction. Sharing a bed with someone definitely counts.
And if someone is important to you, then it makes sense that you would miss them if they were not around anymore.
