the terrorists of 9/11 had freakin DYNAMITES and knives!! when i was travleing,they stopped me at the airport because i had a lighter hat doesnt even work and was in the bag that i wasnt carrying with me on the plane! even if they did bribe the security people, isnt the police and THE SWAT TEAM supposed to track down who was working the security on september 11 2001 and ARREST THEM?? im just so sonfused!

They didn't have dynomite. They had box cutters. And they didn't get stopped because airport security is a joke. And it's still a joke. "Take off your shoes" What could I possibly put in my shoe that I couldn't more easily just put in my pocket?

dynamite , that is a new one, all they did was walk through with box cutters , in the commission report it states that the alarm went off on one of them but the guard just let them go through , not to mention the security before 9/11 was far less aware of terrorism

The security was not nearly so tight as it is now because of 9/11. I think you had to wave a bomb or gun in front of a lot of those "security" people's faces back then before they would consider stopping you.

as you know!!! even a low level person, can have a connection only for small amount of money.. what more for these terrorist people that have a huge money in hands....
they can pay, to make blind!!! those in-charge in security...
they used money for their own ideas...
for me i think they connection also in some big fish in USA

it was legal at the time to bring box cutters. they were stopped and searched and let go. about half of them were almost not let on the plane.
