well first you need to distinguish major and minor organs, then the ones that you can dispose of with no damage to the body (eg 1 kidneys) and then you can count them yourself

brain, voicebox, lungs,liver, heart,spleen,stomach, kidneys, gallbladder,large and small intentestines, pancreas,genitals, skin, appendage and bladder. so that would be 16 if you don't get technical with the central nervious system that controls it all which would be 17.
