Tell your dad that you want to join a swim club. That would give you an excuse for your dad to buy them for you.

Tell your dad that speedos make you go faster, or order from the internet and have it sent to your friend's house then collect it and put it in your school locker.

you should get jammers. theyre like shorts but theyre tight against your leg so you can go just as fast.
