This guy i new treated his girl like ****. he beat her and disrespected her and she left the fat guy for the skinny one. the fat guy loved her and bought her anything she wanted.

I don't think this is about fat / skinny (although it might be), the girl maybe psychologically liked getting beat and disrespected (hard to explain, go take a psych class).

Why would a guy rather have a skinny chick that treats him like crap than a fat chick that thinks he's wonderful?
I think the answer is "some people are just stupid and don't know whats good for them." I would much rather have a pudgy man who appreciates me than a skinny one who treats me like dirt.
Remember "You cant fix stupid!" but a person can always lose some weight....

Maybe it had more to do with the past she had with the jerk, or some sort of personality thing.
A big, nice guy shouldn't have much trouble finding a big, nice girl. We complain all the time that guys are jerks for wanting thin mean girls over good fat ones.
Unfortunately, both sexes descriminate.

Cause fat people are not attractive. Let me guess, this girl your referring to is attractive and skinny and your just mad cause your a fat ***. And you probably hate people that are skinny and in shape cause they always get the girl, unlike yourself. My suggestion to you is to lower your standards and try to date people more like you. You can't be picky when you look the way you do or if you,re ugly.

because people have a tendency to be followers.Society pressures women persons to be skinny ect.. yet optimistically its gonna change with plus length modelling and curvy singers like katy perry ect.. you'll detect a guy it is confident sufficient and could no longer care about what his friends imagine.you want a guy that has his own personality and in no way an immature boy

I don't think physical appearance has anything to do with it. I do however notice that girls tend to be with disrespectful guys....but same goes for guys...girls can also be very much disprespectful to their man. Hmm, maybe it's just a lot bigger problem than in relationships....it's the American society.

Because girls are more interested in hanving a boyfriend who looks good on their arm, and who they can show off to their girlfriends, rather than someone who treats them well. Gay men are the same way.

i dont think it has anything to do with there weight its the inside of the person that makes him. My guy treats me great and hes not fat.

i wouldnt say that's true. i actually usually date beefy teddy bear types of fellas. i do think that being substantially overweight will make a guy act insecure or think that he has to win her over with gifts or try too hard--which comes off as desparate, and isnt attractive. also, if a fella lets his appearance go, she may think he doesn't take good care of himself, which is another turn off. i think that your situation has more to do with the personalities involved and has little or nothing to do with the weight issue. good luck in love!
