Cape for sure, who wouldn't want a cape? I would want the cape because they are fun, it can flap around in the wind, you can hide stuff or people in it, and well, they are fun.

Not the cape, the rest of the suit. I could wear it under my clothes-- I hear it's bulletproof. The cape wouldn't cover your arms and legs.
